David Peter Delio, PhD, created the IKON Program, which discovers the human person as image of God through temperament, potential, and character formation. As Chair of Theology at Jesuit High School New Orleans and former S.E. Canizaro Chair at University of Holy Cross, he integrates a Catholic philosophical anthropology with practical psychological assessment tools. His published works include 'An Aristocracy of Exalted Spirits' and articles in Newman Studies Journal, applying timeless wisdom to contemporary formation.

IKON helps person discover who they are as made in the image of God through practical and deep questions, Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, and psychometric inventories. These three tools assess temperament, potential, and character - giving one a 3D picture of you as an image of God. This comprehensive knowledge illuminates your spiritual life, interpersonal dynamics, and relational patterns. Applied practically, IKON allows parents to gain insight into their children as unique.
